Finance Report $14,935.93 is in the event buckets, $11303.34 is NAA funds (decrease of $1651.36 from July) $26,239.27 in NAA account total as of 9/5/17

MINUTES MEETING OF NORTHPORT ARTS ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP 4/10/17
Chris Verdon reported that the Student’s Exhibit was well attended and had great community support.
We will need a new Secretary and Treasurer in June. Linda Bayer has agreed to run for Treasurer. If you are interested in either position call Chris Verdon.

MINUTES BOARD MEETING NORTHPORT ARTS ASSOCIATION 3/9/2017
PRESENT WERE CHRIS VERDON, JOHN MITCHELL, LINDA BAYER, NINA COLLINS AND CLARE GENGARELLY., (via phone).
Chris introduced Heidi Noel Miller who has just moved to Northport and has experience fund raising. Heidi described her background and agreed to forward a proposal to the board for her fund-raising services.

MINUTES NORTHPORT ARTS ASSOCIATION MEMBERS’ MEETING 2/13/2017
Chris Verdon reported that January activities at the Village Arts Building included open studio on Thursdays, classes, and rehearsals for NCAC production. The membership approved:
- the minutes from the Dec. meeting
- the election of Linda Bayer as Treasurer,
- the new Bylaws,
- reserving remaining weekends available at the Village Arts Building between Memorial Day and Labor Day for artists only under 3-day package
Chris Verdon reported that the building was busy during open hours between Christmas and New Years, and we sold one of Sally Neal’s paintings.
